Our Bid Planning service helps you get started on that all important process, by providing a compliance checklist for your submission, along with meticulous writing plans and completed storyboard templates to support you to initiate the bid work yourself. We will plan it – you will deliver it. This is a bespoke plan specifically structured to meet compliance and the highest quality in your proposition.

You can outsource all the Bid Writing to one of our many esteemed professionals here at EVOLVE, which will allow you to focus on other priorities internally. You will have access to a dedicated Bid Director on all projects, where we will extract information from your team, challenge such information to ensure we exceed the commissioner’s expectations, and create high quality responses, directly in line against the maximum scoring/evaluation criteria.

Bid Training

Our training isn’t like other bid training, but is constantly developed with clients and sectors in mind. We provide up to 6 training modules which feature varying levels of expertise across the whole bidding journey. Go for multiple modules to get a discount or if you just need help in the one module – we have you covered. All remote training (via teams) is led by our Director team and can be delivered up to 10 people at once. This includes: (1) Commissioner Portals; (2) Document Handling & Clarification Management; (3) Bid Strategy & Qualification; (4) Bid Planning & Management; (5) Bid Writing & Reviews; and (6) Uploads, Compliance, and Submission.

Bid Presentation

A lot of the time, you have to be in front of the commissioner and present your bid back to them to score subsequent marks in their evaluation process. Our Bid Presentation service allows us to intensely and critically assess your delivery of such bid commitments, respond in accordance with additional requirements, develop a full PowerPoint deck, and we even offer a mock-presentation and feedback service from our Director team. If it is time to ‘WOW’ the commissioner, we will provide the toolkit and confidence to do so.

If you have what it takes to manage your own bid, but would like that second pair of eyes via a ‘critical friend’ approach – then our Bid Review service is for you. Our Director team will review all written work to ensure your approach remains effective, efficient, and most importantly – winnable. We have collectively over 100-years’ experience across our network, with 30-years’ experience just between our internal Director team. This is a popular service and the more affordable option to ensure you ‘hit the mark’ with bid responses.

Here is your simple solution – you can recruit a Senior Bid Team monthly and pay less than you would for one Bid Writer, guaranteeing you always have highly experienced and dedicated resource at arms length. Each month you will receive: Continuous Opportunity Tracking; 5 Free Bid Qualifications; 5 full days monthly consultancy; Reduced Day Rate for additional time required; and regular reports, showcasing your return on investment (ROI) with us.
